This page says what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us. The site also records basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the browser used, to keep it running.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer you and to check for conflicts of interest before we take on a matter. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted within a year. Client files are kept as long as the rules for law firms require.
