The lawyers

Who tends which part of the tree

Three partners and an associate. Each of us leads one kind of work, and every matter has a second lawyer who reads it.

  • Petra Strickler, arms crossed, leaning against a tree trunk in a gray blazer

    Petra Strickler

    Founding partner

Forms companies and writes the agreements founders live under.

  • Gustav Prusak, in glasses and a navy three-piece suit, outdoors with forest behind him

Buys and sells businesses for owners, from the letter of intent to the first months after closing.

  • Lamia Toukan, in a cream headscarf and dark pinstripe blazer, outdoors with trees behind her

Plans succession for owners, years before anyone needs the plan.

  • Femi Adeyinka, in a navy double-breasted blazer and white shirt, outdoors with trees behind him

    Femi Adeyinka

    Associate

Reviews contracts and writes the policies owners hand to their first employees.

One lawyer leads, another reads

Every matter has a lead lawyer, named in the engagement letter, who does the work and answers your calls. A second lawyer at the firm reads each document before it goes out. You won’t be billed for the second read.

If your matter needs someone else, say Gustav on a purchase or Lamia on a buyout, we introduce you before they start.
